Mindmade Flowers is a small selection of digital paintings,  inspired by the world of flora Summer 2014 – Spring 2016, to explore and  express new messages and concepts, a language between human and plants – an invisible, unspoken, “mind language”

Here the artist continues to seek to investigate from beneath the physicality of Nature, to the plant soul, to discover its evolution and adaptation techniques in our world of changing climate and discovery of the future.

 

THE PROCESS

Is two-fold. Photography is the first tool. A camera  is a very immediate way of working which can quickly connect the human to Nature whilst on the move. An artist’s journey is intuitive, but unpredictable. The digital brush is the second stage and is an exploratory visual tool. It is a painting tool, a navigator towards leading and guiding through the ‘canvas’, a facilitator in defining a new insight,  a catalyst in enabling the second part of a creative process towards the expression of a journey.

One definitely paints through the pixel.It is like playing with and being led by light.
